Where do I start. We just completed our second purchase with Nathan in the Killington area. He has been our go to guy since 2016. And I would not consider working with any other agent at this point. While I am sure there are other great agents out there, none are as professional, kind, fast, and caring like Nathan.

Everyone should have their own personal Nate. First off,Nate solves problems.Not just house problems,all problems.Everything from whats for dinner tonight? to Why was Ryan Reynolds allowed to ruin Green Lantern. Nate is hands on, if there is not a house available in your style,he will find one...and immediatly put up a for sale sign with his own two hands. Nate has an internet buddy, haha not for what you're thinking,an actual collaboration site that gives you advanced options,very cool. Nate wants you to have your house...that means he will fist fight your sellers realtor..to the death!! He is more than just a mild mannered neighborhood realtor,he will tear their head off. Nate understands that buying a house leads you to the abyss that is the 9th layer of Hell... he will make you smile as you spend gobs of money to feed this terrible process. picture its only a thousand dollars with a mint julip and a warm breeze,that is Nate. Nate gives you hope. When all else is lost Nate will pick you up and give you hope.. Picture Marsmellowman and then there is a Ghostbuster...Thats right,its Nate! .... Nate is clever,especially when getting you what you want. He will fight tooth and nail and your spouse to get you the $300,000 sticker priced place your arguing about. Nate is patient, so patient he read all of this review. In the end I am proud to call Nate my Realtor. You should get your own Nate... Nathan was so amazing! He is always very quick to respond, very professional but personable. Selling your house can be a stressful time but he made it very simple.

Nathan was a huge help selling my aunt’s house remotely. We had to rather suddenly move her half way across the country due to health issues. I must admit I was a little intimidated have to deal with the sale long distance but Nathan made it an easy & stress free process. Not only did he help with the listing & sale, he hooked us up with some local service providers to help get the house ready for sale. Nathan is a real pro & I highly recommend his services.
